A method for growing sunflower includes terms of return on previous place in field rotation, a system of primary and presowing tillage, proposed sowing terms and a seeding system, tending crops and harvesting. In the conditions of violation of terms of return on previous place in field rotation after 1, 2 years an alternative method for growing sunflower is conducted which includes the next agrochemical measures: primary tillage is performed by subsoil method on the depth of 12-14 cm or zero tillage, in the first case soil herbicides application at presowing cultivation is excluded, in the second case herbicides are applied for 1.5-2 weeks before sowing directly. The sowing terms are shifted by 20-25 days from optimal ones, the seeding system - 15-30 cm in interrows, and seeding rate is increased by 10-15 % of accepted, and for sowing ultra early-ripening and early-ripening hybrids are used, which are entered in the State Register of Varieties of Ukraine, and after sunflower emergency harrowing is carried out once or twice. |
