Preparing a conditioned blood composition from blood, comprises withdrawing blood from a human or animal body; incubating the blood in a modified container with internal surface at 10-40[deg]C for conditioning of the blood, where the factors are induced, and the modified container exhibits an internal surface of at least 100 mm 2> per 1 ml of incubating blood (surface index); and obtaining a conditioned blood composition with induced factors in the modified container. An independent claim is included for a blood composition, obtained by the above method, for treating or preventing of sufferings of the human or animal body comprising 30-20000 pg/ml of interleukin(IL)-6.
