PURPOSE: A system and a method for managing online test evaluation are provided to reflect a viewing selection order, the number of click times, and response time of an objective answer to an evaluation result of a learner, thereby efficiently evaluating an exam trend of the leaner. CONSTITUTION: A learner information database(220) stores login information, personal information, and exam information of a learner. A problem pool database(210) stores evaluation problems for an online test. An online test unit(110) executes an online test through an online test screen. A reaction pattern analyzing unit(120) analyzes online test data of the learner to evaluate a learning level of the learner.
