<p>The present invention relates, in general, to fibroproliferative disorders, and, in particular, to methods and compositions for treating fibroproliferative disorders by administering to a mammal in need of treatment pharmacologically effective doses of a phosphodiesterase inhibitor, such as pentoxifylline, and an anti-oxidant which is a precursor of glutathione, such as N-acetyl-cysteine, or their derivatives or metabolites.</p> |
