PURPOSE: A method for manufacturing dried yellow corvina using lacquer extract without urushiol is provided to prevent fishy smell of the dried yellow corvina during a distribution process and to obtain excellent taste even when the dried corvina is stored for a long term. CONSTITUTION: A method for manufacturing dried yellow corvina comprises the following steps: dipping yellow corvina into a lacquer extract without urushiol and firstly drying the yellow corvina; adding a saline solution and moisturizer to the lacquer extract; dipping the firstly dried yellow corvina into the lacquer extract; and secondarily drying the yellow corvina. The method includes a step of spraying or injecting the lacquer extract to the yellow corvina instead of the step of dipping the yellow corvina into the lacquer extract. |
