PURPOSE: A centripetal valve and a centrifugal separator therewith are provided to reduce noise occurred by a collision between a cap and an inner member using a packing member. CONSTITUTION: A centripetal valve(400) comprises a body(410), a plunger unit(420), and an elastic member(430). The body is formed on the outer surface of a rotating body(200). Both sides of the body are opened. When the rotating body is rotated, the plunger unit blocks one side of the body using centrifugal force. When the rotating body is stopped, the elastic member opens one side of the body. The elastic member elastically supports the plunger unit.
