<p>PURPOSE: A manufacturing method of a molecule carved gas sensor chip using a surface Plasmon resonance is provided to control the size and shape of gas molecules by selecting and controlling a functional monomer. CONSTITUTION: A manufacturing method of a molecule carved gas sensor chip using a surface Plasmon resonance is as follows. A Self-Assembled Monolayer is evaporated in a metal layer(113). A polymer layer of molecularly imprinted polymer is evaporated in the self-assembled monolayer. A radical initiator is evaporated in the self-assembled monolayer. Ultraviolet rays are irradiated to the radical initiator.</p>
