PURPOSE: A stator of an AC motor is provided to enable a manufacturer to easily manufacture a stator by forming an inner side stator core and an outside stator core into a separation type. CONSTITUTION: An inner stator core(20) comprises a rotator storing hole for storing a rotor inside a diameter. A plurality of tooth parts(22) for the winding of a coil are radially formed. The inner stator core is inserted into the inner diameter and is combined with a outer stator core(30). The inner stator core is formed by laminating a plurality of layer units in a longitudinal direction. The layer unit comprises a circular ring type integrated layer unit and a separation type layer unit.
