PURPOSE: An apparatus and a method for supporting frequency-reallocation in a wireless communication system are provided to prevent the interference for a returned frequency caused by the connection of an old terminal. CONSTITUTION: Local oscillators(622,624) generate a local oscillator frequency signal depending on a set new center frequency, and a baseband processing unit creates a downlink baseband signal. An RF(Radio Frequency) processing unit(618) converts a generated downlink baseband signal into an RF band signal by using the local oscillator frequency signal. The wireless frequency processor transmits a converted signal.
