PURPOSE: A vehicle control unit for bimodaltram is provided to protect a short circuit and an overvoltage by forming a easily changeable input output logic structure. CONSTITUTION: A central control panel(100) is connected to peripheral devices through can communication. The central control panel transmits and receive the control information and the status information from the peripheral devices. The central control panel transmits a control signal. A plurality of multiplexers(MUX)(200) are activated by a can message of the central control panel. A plurality of multiplexers collects the state of all kinds of units in vehicles(20). A demultiplexer(DMUX)(300) collects the state of the driving control apparatuses of the vehicles.
