PURPOSE: A method for manufacturing feed and natural fiber using trees or agricultural products is provided to reduce process cost of agricultural product. CONSTITUTION: A method for manufacturing feed and natural fiber comprises: a step of cutting plant and classifying the raw ingredient; a step of decompressing the classified raw ingredient using roller; a step of maturing using aerobic-microorganism; a step of separating the raw material to fiber and non-fiber; a step of performing thermal treatment with steam; a step of stirring at 28-32°C for 40-50 hours; a step of adding 7-11kg of aerobic microorganism and mixint at 40-60°C for 36 hours; and a step of maturing at 47-60°C for 46-50 hours.
