PURPOSE: A menu on which the nutrient components of food are displayed is provided to reduce medical expenses for adult-diseases by securing uniform nutrition. CONSTITUTION: All materials for food are weighed in gram. The nutrient components of the materials which are contained in each food are calculated based on USDA National Nutrient Database of Standard Reference, Release 22 and data of Korea Food and Drug Administration. The calculated data is printed with recommended daily intake and photograph for the food. The printed data forms a menu. |
