An invention pertains to a field of medicinal biotechnology and particularly to a method for obtaining native lactoferrin (LF). The method provides for a grinding of placenta, washing and homogenizing in saline, culturing the homogenized placenta at -200C during 20-48 hours and repeated culturing at +40C during 20-48 hours. After that the liquid fraction is separated and tissue elements are removed.
