PURPOSE: A power generator and a motor thereof are provided to reduce the weight of a stator by forming a stator into a non-ferrous metal. CONSTITUTION: A power generator comprises a stator(200) and a rotor(300). The stator is made of a non-ferrous metal. A plurality of stator protrusions are projected from the body of the stator. A coil(210) is arranged between adjacent stator protrusions. The rotor is made of the non-ferrous metal. A plurality of magnets are arranged in the surface part of the rotor. When a power source is applied to the coil of the stator, the rotor revolves against the stator. An iron structure(220) is arranged between the adjacent stator protrusions. The iron structure includes a bottom part, a protrusion part, and a plateau part.
