FIELD: medicine. ^ SUBSTANCE: invention refers to cosmetology and dermatology and represents a cleansing and hydrating skin care composition for impregnation of a base for skin cleansing, acne prevention and/or treatment, and also simultaneous hydrating in local application where specified composition contains 0.5 wt % to 4 wt % of salicylic acid as an active ingredient; 2 wt % to 10 wt % of one or more hydrating agents; and one or more emulsifier chosen from one or more of cetearylizononanoate, cetearet-20, cetearyl alcohol, glyceryl stearate, glycerine, cetylpalmitate and cetearet-12; where specified composition have pH within 2 to 5 and is free or is substantially free from ethanol; and also where specified composition has the form of thin emulsion which represents a milk-lotion, and specified emulsion contains 70-95 wt % of an aqueous phase and 5-30 wt % of an oil phase, and salicylic acid is dissolved in the oil phase in combination with alkyl esters of polypropylene glycol. ^ EFFECT: invention provides reduced dry effect, higher skin moisture and the absence of skin irritation. ^ 29 cl, 1 ex |
