The device (1) has a liquid product tank (4) and an air compressor (18) assembled on a chassis (3) having a wheel (6). A spray line is constituted of a liquid product circulation conduit (C1) provided with upstream and downstream sections (10, 13). An electric pump (8) is mounted on the chassis to supply a pressurized liquid product (P) to the conduit. An air circulation conduit (C2) supplies compressed air to the line using the compressor. Valves (26, 28) e.g. needle valves, regulate flow (Ea) of the air and flow (Ep) of the product in the air and product circulation conduits, respectively.
