CLAD ALUMINUM RADIATOR HAVING FIXED BAR IN HEAT DIFFUSION FIN

PURPOSE: A clad aluminum radiator having a fixed bar of radiator fin shape is provided to solve the thermal efficiency degradation of a radiator by the fin shape deformed due to an external physical factor. CONSTITUTION: A clad aluminum radiator having a fixed bar of radiator fin shape comprises fixed bars(111) and fixed bar resting grooves(113a,113b). The fixed bars make contact on each side of fins(109b). The fixed bars are bonded by a brazing processing and support the shape of the fin. The fixed bar resting groove fixes both ends of the fixed bar extended vertically. The fixed bar resting grooves are formed on sides of a lower tank(103) and an upper tank(101) to be sunken to match with the location, shape and size of the fixed bar. On the inner surfaces of a tube(109) and a lower tank, one or more functional coating layers are formed.
