<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a projector to which a projection lens not corresponding to a lens shift can be attached and which does not cause inconvenience in operation, even when such the projection lens is attached. <P>SOLUTION: Since a main control unit 98 inhibits a support and drive unit 72 to switch a mounted lens 71 from a normal state to a shift state, when the mounted lens 71 attached to the support and drive unit 72 is not a shift type one, inappropriate lens shift is not performed by the mounted lens 71 which is not the shift type one and such an inconvenience that the periphery of a projected image gets dark and is lost can be avoided. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2010,JPO&INPIT</p> |
