<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a semiconductor device including a power-on reset circuit which is low in power consumption and which is excellent in responsiveness to the fluctuation of power supply voltage. <P>SOLUTION: A level shifter LS40 includes: a voltage drop circuit (resistance element R40) connected to a power terminal to which first power supply voltage VDD1 is supplied; and a P-channel type MOS transistor M41 and an N-channel type MOS transistor M40 which are connected between the voltage drop circuit and a ground voltage terminal. In addition, an input terminal of the level shifter LS40 is connected to a node N40 which is an output terminal of the power-on reset circuit POR11 corresponding to power supply voltage VDD2. A voltage value, of a common node of the voltage drop circuit and the P-channel type MOS transistor M41, is always higher than a voltage value of the node N40 by an absolute value of threshold voltage of the P-channel type MOS transistor M41. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2010,JPO&INPIT</p> |
