<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To shorten a cycle time in a bonding process, to prevent a back electrode layer from being damaged, and to prevent the short circuit of a contact line due to dust, etc. <P>SOLUTION: A method of manufacturing a thin film solar cell includes the bonding step of bonding a bus bar 21 onto the back electrode layer 14 of a solar cell string 10 comprising a transparent conductive film 12, a photoelectric conversion layer 13 and the back electrode layer 14 formed on a translucent insulating substrate 11, and the bonding step comprises a first step of bonding a conductive tape 18 to the adhesion surface of the bus bar 21 which is bonded to the back electrode layer 14, and a second step of bonding the bus bar 21 to which the conductive tape 18 is bonded onto the back electrode layer 14 of the solar cell string 10. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2010,JPO&INPIT</p> |
