The brush has a brush handle which is connected with brush heads by a brush neck that is assembled with bristles bundles (6). The bundles are provided with bulges (7) formed by melting at fastening ends. The bristle bundles are protruded from bristle carriers partially forming the brush heads. The bulges are embedded in the brush head by insert molding with plastic. The bristle bundles have alignment to each other by rearranging the bristle carriers. The brush heads have cleaning elements made of thermoplastic elastomer. An independent claim is also included for a method for manufacturing a brush.
