<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a resin composition of which heat resistance is excellent and also transparency change depending on temperature is small and which is suitable for use as a molding material used for applications in which surface temperature change is large and transparency is required, for example, an interior material for an automobile and an exterior material for a motorcycle. Ž<P>SOLUTION: The acrylic resin composition contains (A) a methacrylic acid ester-based polymer, (B) a rubber component, and (C) at least one modifier selected from the group consisting of an aromatic dicarboxylic acid ester, an aliphatic dicarboxylic acid ester, and a phosphoric acid ester.
