<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method for stably manufacturing a cold-rolled steel sheet with good quality by preventing push-in flaw due to properties of specifically a product edge part and trimming after cold rolling, and also to provide an equipment used for the same. Ž<P>SOLUTION: A pair of upper and lower circular rotary blades are pressed to a predetermined depth from the above and below with respect to the edge part of the steel sheet before pickling. Shearing is applied to the edge part in an unseparated state. Next the edge parts are separated by pinching with narrow width rolls arranged at the respective edge parts and capable of pinching only the edge parts, and then the pickling and the cold rolling are applied.
