PURPOSE: A grass growing device for growing grass perpendicularly is provided to secure the thermal insulation property of a building by covering an outer wall of the building with grass, and to offer the excellent humidity control when used inside. CONSTITUTION: A grass growing device for perpendicularly growing grass comprises the following: a mesh net(2) mounted with a pipe(3) to flow culture fluid through multiple holes, and filled with culture soil in the inside; lawn grass(6) planted on the front side of the mesh net; a culture soil drainage(13) to collect the culture fluid to a culture fluid container(12); and an underwater motor pump(16) installed on the culture fluid container to supply the culture fluid to the culture soil. The culture soil is formed with peat moss, leaf mold, and burnt chaff. |
