SOLUTION: When a loading table 12 is turned to a push-in position from a closing one, an engaging pin 68 of a lock member 64 is unlocked. Elastic energy is accumulated in a constant force spring 56 in the closing position of the loading table 12, Thus, the engaging pin 68 is unlocked, a slider 54 is moved by an urging force of the constant force spring 56, and the loading table 12 is turned to a predetermined position between the closing position and an opening one via the slider 54, and stopped. When the lading table 12 is turned to the opening position from the predetermined one, the slider 54 is moved, and the elastic energy is accumulated in the constant force spring 56 via the slider 54. In other words, since the loading table 12 can be automatically turned to the predetermined position only by pushing the loading table 12 in the closing position, the loading table 12 can be turned even when the user has both his/her hands full.
