Disclosed are an apparatus and a method for controlling output voltage interconnected with utility networks. The control apparatus according to an embodiment of the present invention comprises: an input voltage processing unit that generates a square wave synchronized with AC input voltage which is a utility network voltage; and a control unit that generates output voltage using the square wave and transfers the generated output voltage to a utility network, wherein the output voltage is synchronized with the input voltage. At this time, the control unit includes: an edge time detection unit that generates an interrupter in a rising or falling edge of the received square wave and creates edge time information for the edges of the square wave by responding to the interrupter; and an output voltage generating unit that generates output voltage by responding to the edge time information, wherein the output voltage has a duty and a cycle which are the same as those of the square wave. |
