<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an information processor, an image forming device and a program installation method, wherein coping with a program for a different platform is easy achieving high development efficiency and high extensibility. <P>SOLUTION: This information processor 1 allowing installation and execution of the program for the different platform has interchange mechanism parts 11, 12 each provided in each different plat form, absorbing difference between the platforms.
