<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To assemble a unit efficiently, and to secure the toughness of the unit in a ceiling radiation type heat exchange unit for heating and cooling including a pipe through which fluid passes and panels supporting the pipe. <P>SOLUTION: The pipe 3 is bent zigzag in a plane view, and straight sections 3a of the pipe 3 are supported by the individual panels 4. The panels 4 have the same cross-sectional shapes, and frame materials 5 and the respective panels 4 are connected by connection means at both ends in the width direction of the respective panels 4. Each panel 4 includes, as the connection means, plate-shaped first claw pieces 15a, 15b protruded toward the frame material 5 at both ends in the width direction of the panel 4 and extended long in the longitudinal direction of the panel.
