<p>In one embodiment the present invention is directed to a recombinant human follicle stimulating hormone (FSH) antagonist having reduced N-linked glycosylation. In other embodiments, the present invention is directed to compositions comprising such FSH antagonists, such as combination compositions. In other embodiments the invention provides methods of treatment, including methods of treating ovarian cancer, and methods of increasing the efficacy of a chemotherapeutic agent, such as cisplatin.</p> |
