<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To enable beautiful printing by preventing a plurality of inks from mixing into dampening water, by preventing the dampening water fed to water ships from being contaminated and deteriorated, by not printing unnecessary colors, by developing colors of inks themselves, and by enabling to control the temperature of the dampening water in each water ship. Ž<P>SOLUTION: The dampening water feeder 10 is constituted of a plurality of circulation mechanisms 90 for circulating the dampening water 20 in the water ship 2 through a filter 7 and a heat exchanger 8 and one dampening water feeding mechanism 80 for preparing the dampening water and feeding it to the circulating mechanisms 90, wherein the circulating mechanisms 90 and the dampening water feeding mechanism 80 are connected by only a feeding pipe 51 for feeding the dampening water to the dampening mechanisms 90 from the dampening water feeding mechanism 80, thereby the dampening water does not flow from the circulating mechanisms 90 to the dampening water feeding mechanism 80.
