The present invention relates to a tilt type sliding module for a mobile phone and a terminal holder using the same. An object of the present invention is to provide a tilt type sliding module for a mobile phone and a terminal holder using the same, wherein the tilt type sliding module enables a mobile phone display to make a planar sliding motion and also tilt further to incline upward such that optimum convenience is provided, fitting for a user's intended use. To enable a stable tilt motion for a mobile phone display, the tilt type sliding module for a mobile phone according to the present invention comprises tilt rotating units formed respectively at both ends of a frame; a control bracket, which is fixedly coupled to an intermediate member of a mobile phone and controls rotations of the tilt rotating units and locking; a stopper shaft; and a spring ball.
