PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a compact high-frequency switch having isolation characteristics. SOLUTION: This high-frequency switch 100 includes a multiplier 110, as a device having a nonlinear input/output characteristic and further, includes a control means 120 for controlling power of the multiplier 110. The multiplier 110 inputs a first high-frequency signal 11 of a predetermined frequency from a high-frequency source 10 and generates and outputs a second high-frequency signal 12, obtained by multiplying the frequency of the first high-frequency signal 11 by n (an integer). When outputting of the second high-frequency signal 12 is to be stopped, the multiplier 110 is brought into an off-state by the control means 120, and thereby high isolation is obtained.
