PURPOSE: A heating substrate is provided to obtain high conductivity and heating performance by reducing the resistance of a conductive thin film. CONSTITUTION: A conductive thin film(105) is formed on one surface of a substrate(100). A first main electrode(110) and a second main electrode(115) are formed on both sides of the substrate. A branch electrode divides the conductive thin film into a plurality of areas. The branch electrode includes a plurality of first branch electrodes(120) and second branch electrodes(125). The plurality of first branch electrodes is branched from the first main electrode and is extended to the second main electrode. The plurality of second branch electrodes is branched from the second main electrode and is extended to the first main electrode.
