PURPOSE: A method and apparatus for selecting genomic markers relating to drug are provided to ensure selection efficiency and function. CONSTITUTION: A method for selecting pharmacogenomic marker comprises: a step of evaluating relation level between the drug and genomic markers by calculating the indices; and a step of selecting a part of the genomic markers based on the calculated evaluation indices. An apparatus(3) for selecting the pharmacogenomic marker comprises a communication unit(31), storage(32), processor(33), and output(34). The storage comprises a first data base(321), second data base(322), and third data base(323). The processor comprises a data expension part(331), calculation unit(332), and selection unit(333).
