<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a hygienic sea urchin-laver food product without using a preservative: and to provide a method for producing the sea urchin-laver food product. <P>SOLUTION: The sea urchin-laver food product includes a container 6 having an opened upper part, and sealable with a cap; sea urchin paste 2 filled in the bottom of the container 6; and a laver dish 1 flavored with soy sauce and sugar, and filled in the upper surface of the sea urchin paste 2, inside the container 6. The sea urchin paste 2 and the laver dish 1 flavored with soy sauce and sugar are sterilized after filling in the container 6 and hermetically sealing. The sea urchin-laver food product is hygienic and edible for a long period even without using a preservative, owing to sterilizing after filling the laver dish flavored with soy sauce and sugar, and the sea urchin paste in the container and hermetically sealing the cap, and also secures a quality long in a distribution process. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2010,JPO&INPIT |
