<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To obtain a gas liquid separator capable of executing gas liquid separating operation even i a flowing direction of a refrigerant in a refrigerating cycle device is changed and maintaining high gas liquid separation efficiency even if a refrigerant flow rate is increased, and the refrigerating cycle device mounted with the gas liquid separator. <P>SOLUTION: The gas liquid separator includes: a container 13; a first outflow inlet 11a and a second outflow inlet 12a provided in a lower part of the container 13; and a gas phase outflow port 9a formed at an upper part of the container 13.
