<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a stable solid preparation for medicinal use containing an amorphous benzimidazole compound which is unstable not only in an acid useful as a proton pump inhibitor (PPI), but also unstable in water or the like. <P>SOLUTION: An optically active substance of the benzimidazole compound is lansoprazole, omeprazole, rabeprazole, or pantoprazole. Its nontoxic base includes one or more basic inorganic salts selected from the group consisting of magnesium carbonate, calcium carbonate, magnesium hydroxide, magnesium oxide, sodium carbonate, sodium hydrogen carbonate, and sodium hydroxide. The inorganic salt shows a pH of 8.0 or higher at 25°C in the state of a 1% aqueous solution or 1% aqueous suspension. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2010,JPO&INPIT</p> |
