The present invention provides: a method for obtaining a separated thin film in which crystalline defects are remarkably reduced in the steps of growing a crystalline thin film and separating the grown crystalline thin film from a substrate; and a means for more simply and economically obtaining elements necessary for the process for obtaining the separated thin film. In addition, the invention improves the productivity and quality by remarkably reducing the time taken for separating the substrate from the crystalline thin film. To this end, the invention provides: a method for growing a crystalline thin film without crystalline defects; a substrate; a method for safely and promptly separating the crystalline thin film from the substrate; the separated crystalline thin film; an LED (Light Emitting Diode) including the separated crystalline thin film; and a method for fabricating the substrate. |
