PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a confocal microscope device capable of obtaining both of the fluorescent image and bright-field image of a cell by one and the same camera, with simple structure. SOLUTION: In the confocal microscope device for obtaining the fluorescent image and the bright-field image, light from a sample 2 is separated into fluorescent light and bright-field light by a first separation means 80a installed in a first infinity optical system comprising an objective lens 6 and image forming lenses 26a and 26b, the fluorescent light which has passed through a pinhole array disk 16 is multiplexed with the bright-field light from the image forming lens 26b by a multiplexing means 80b installed in a second infinity optical system comprising relay lenses 29a, 29b, and 29c, and one of the fluorescent light and the bright-field light is selected by a band path filter 30a and made incident on a camera 31a.
