PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a circuit capable of turning on an LED with one 1.5V battery as a general power source. SOLUTION: A two-circuit LED turn-on circuit (29) is constituted which uses battery 1.5V (1) being a too low voltage to turn on the LED, switches a voltage charged in a capacitor 1 (7a) with a switch 1 (3a), and makes the light-emitting diode LED 1 (8a) blink or illuminate for a certain time with a voltage generated by superposing the battery 1.5V, and the two-circuit LED turn-on circuit (29) is incorporated as a lamp or lighting equipment.
