PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an aseismatic structure in which a shear strength is not lowered even if a small deformation occurs in a column-beam structure and which has a sufficient shear strength without laying down steel sheets when a building is newly constructed. SOLUTION: This aseismatic structure 20 of the column-beam structure 10 includes, in an opening surrounded by the column-beam structure 10, a plurality of columns 20 in which a main reinforcement extending vertically and shear reinforcements provided so as to surround the main reinforcement are buried. Even if the column-beam structure 10 is largely deformed, the columns 20 can follow the deformation to prevent the strength from being lowered since the rupture style of the columns 20 is mainly a ductile bending rupture mode. Since the shear reinforcements are buried in the columns 20, the shear strength can be prevented from being lowered even if the column head parts or the column leg parts of the columns 20 are yielded by bending.
