<p>PURPOSE: A solid material using mud, and a manufacturing method thereof are provided to produce the solid material for engineering works or construction works, and to recycle water dehydrated from the manufacturing process of the solid material. CONSTITUTION: A manufacturing method of a solid material using mud comprises the following steps: crush-stirring 81.2~90wt% of mud, 9~15wt% of solidifying agent, 0.91~2.4wt% of blast furnace slag, and 0.09~0.4wt% of additive; adding 40~50wt% of water for 100wt% of mud to the mixture for forming a mixture; congealing the mixture; molding the mixture, and cutting to make the solid material; and curing the solid material.</p> |
