PURPOSE: An authentication service providing system and a method thereof for a media content circulation are provided to legally circulate the media contents without occurring the separate equipment and separate distribution cost. CONSTITUTION: A plurality of digital media adapters(30) transmits the received media content. A contents generator side terminal generates contents by using the media contents. The contents generator side terminal registers contents information to a contents mediating device(20). A contents user side terminal requests a reproduction permission authentication about the register contents.
