PURPOSE: A manufacturing method of a round cutting tool by using residual materials is provided to reduce process expense and improve the efficiency of work by reducing boring time. CONSTITUTION: A manufacturing method of a round cutting tool by using residual materials comprises following steps. A cutting fluid path is formed at one end of a cutting tool in an axial direction. The cutting tool is cut, wherein a welding space of an insert is left at the other end, thereby forming a hollow portion(10). A side discharging line(30) is formed at the upper side of a cutting tool. The insert is welded with brazing. |
