A power interrupting mechanism includes pressure sensors with a pressure comparison circuit coupled thereto. A switch is electrically coupled to the first temperature maintaining mechanism. The timer comparison circuit includes a processor, a memory electrically coupled to the processor, and a logic gate electrically coupled to the processor. Such a memory includes software instructions, and a logic gate operates a toggle switch.
