PURPOSE: An energy-saving type thermal catalyst composition, a heating assistance device including thereof, and a construction method of the device are provided to secure the high thermal stability, evaporability, and oxidation stability, and to reduce the fuel cost of a hot water apparatus. CONSTITUTION: An energy-saving type thermal catalyst composition contains the following: 20~30wt% of ethylene glycol; 1~2wt% of sodium chloride; 0.01~0.1wt% of corrosion inhibitor selected from the group consisting of calcium sulfonate, magnesium sulfonate, calcium phosphate, barium phosphate, and their mixture; 0.01~0.2wt% of viscosity index improver selected from the group consisting of polyisobutylene, polymethylacrylate, an ethylene propylene copolymer, a styrene maleic ester copolymer, a butadiene copolymer, and their mixture; 0.01~0.1wt% of zinc-dithio phosphate antioxidant; and the balance of water. |
