PURPOSE: An extrusion tube for a vehicle heat exchange and a manufacturing method thereof are provided to prevent the surface of an extrusion tube surface from becoming eroded due to redundancy coating solutions. CONSTITUTION: An extrusion tube for a vehicle heat exchange comprises a tube(102) and a coating layer(104). The tube is formed by an extrusion process. The coating layer is formed by applying coating solution on one of the upper side and lower side of the tube. The coating layer is formed at a part of one of the upper and lower sides of the tube and is expanded along the width direction of the tube. The coating layer is listed along the longitudinal direction of the tube.
