PURPOSE: A capacity control valve for a variable capacity type compressor and an assembling method thereof are provided to maintain the fixed level of intake pressure though discharge pressure becomes high because a sleeve limits the opening degree of a valve body. CONSTITUTION: A capacity control valve for a variable capacity type compressor comprises a valve housing, a valve body(120), a solenoid(130), and a sleeve(140). The valve housing comprises a crank-case connection hole(112), a discharge-case connection hole(113), and a first guide hole(117). One end of the valve body opens and closes the inlet of the first guide hole. The solenoid reciprocates the valve body. The sleeve is coupled with one end of the valve body and passes through the first guide hole.
