PURPOSE: A coating liquid composition for spraying flower petals, a petal coating method using thereof, and the coated petal are provided to prevent the smudging or spreading of the coating composition when using a water soluble dye. CONSTITUTION: A petal coating method using a coating liquid composition comprises the following steps: forming a first solution by dissolving a water-soluble dye to water; mixing the first solution after adding a water-soluble resin to form a second solution; adding a hardening agent to the second solution to form a third solution; and spraying the third solution to a petal of a flower. The coating liquid composition contains 70~90wt% of water, 2~25wt% of water soluble dye, 4~7wt% of acrylic acid resin, and 0.5~1wt% of polyisocyanate.
