PURPOSE: A lamp cover rotating device is provided to prevent the entry of foreign materials or rainwater by arranging a sealing member between a support member and a lamp cover. CONSTITUTION: A lamp(200) is arranged on a supporting member(100). A lamp cover(300) covers the lamp and the supporting member. One end of a rotating member(400) is connected to the supporting member. The other end of the rotating member is connected to the lamp cover. The rotating member rotates the lamp cover around the supporting member. The supporting member includes first and second supporting member. An open hole of the first supporting member transmits light radiated from the lamp. The second supporting member is made of transparent materials and closes the open hole of the first supporting member to prevent the entry of the foreign materials.
